Once a ticket is purchased for a public cruise, the private cruise option for that time slot will automatically close — so be sure to book early if you’re planning a private event!

Get a $15 Uber Voucher When You Book Early!
Reserve your ticket at least 24 hours in advance and receive a $15 Uber voucher to help cover your ride to Dockside Brewery. Vouchers are sent via email or text to the number provided on your reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled cruise—be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

Booking for a group?
Feel free to share the Uber link with others in your party. The voucher can be used for rides to or from Dockside Brewery only.

We strongly encourage guests to travel responsibly and take advantage of ride-sharing, as parking at the marina is limited. This perk is just one way we’re making your experience more fun and stress-free!

Both our public and private cruises are limited to 30 passengers. In addition to 30 passengers, there will always be a USCG licensed captain and crew member on board.

Yes! We have a private bathroom on board. Please be respectful of our facilities and our crew.

Both our public and private cruises are 90 minutes long.

For a full refund, you must email us at booking@twistedtikicruises.com to cancel or reschedule at least 7 days prior to your cruise. If a cruise is canceled due to weather, a full refund will be issued.

• Your name

• Cruise date & time (or reservation number)

• New total number of guests

• Permission to charge the card we have on file (if adding guests)

If you’re adding guests, we require final guest count and full payment at least 7 days before your cruise.

Unfortunately, the vessel cannot wait for you! Be ready to board 15 mins before departure time. Parking can be very difficult to find around Dockside. Please consider arriving early, carpooling & using Uber!

Yes, for everyone’s safety, all passengers are required to sign an online waiver. It’s quick and easy, and you’ll complete it during the booking process.

Yes. For public cruises, passengers must be at least 13 years old. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian who is 21 or older.
For private cruises, children must be at least 5 years old and accompanied by an adult.

Yes, please! We encourage guests to tip the Captain and crew — they work hard to keep everyone safe while making sure you have a fun and unforgettable time on the water. For private cruises, a suggested tip is $150+ total. For public cruises, we recommend $10+ per guest.

A Private Cruise with Twisted Tiki Cruises gives your group exclusive use of our tiki boat for 90 minutes. You’ll have a licensed captain and a crew member onboard to help your event go smoothly.

You're welcome to bring your own food, drinks, decorations, and music playlist to make the cruise your own. Our crew is happy to help carry items down to the dock before your trip begins. There’s only about 30 minutes between cruises for setup and cleanup, so we recommend keeping things simple and easy to manage. We also have soft drinks and pre-packaged snacks available for purchase on board. If you're looking for something more, Dockside Brewery is a super convenient option for grabbing a few snack plates or platters before you board.

There is also a bathroom onboard for your group’s comfort during the cruise!

A few things to keep in mind for private cruises:

• Ice: We do not provide ice, so please bring your own if needed.

• Cups, plates, utensils, napkins, etc.: These are not stocked onboard, so we recommend bringing what you’ll need. Reusable items are always a great way to cut down on waste!

• Decorations: Feel free to bring décor that can be tied down or weighted — just nothing that blocks the Captain’s view. Please no loose balloons, streamers, or confetti. Keeping the River clean is a top priority!
  
  

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own alcohol onboard your cruise (21+)!

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: In accordance with Dockside’s liquor license, you must arrive with your alcohol in sealed, closed containers.

Open containers are not permitted on the Dockside premises before or after your cruise.

Security reserves the right to ask you to leave the premises and you will miss your cruise.

Please help us respect our host venue and keep the good vibes going!

We reserve the right to cut off any passengers from alcoholic beverages for safety.

All Twisted Tiki Cruises are BYOB and BYOF—so feel free to bring your favorite beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and snacks or small bites to enjoy during the cruise!

We recommend:

• Small coolers or bags—space is limited, so pack light

• Paper goods, napkins, and any utensils you may need.
