  • We’ll begin the season as BYOB. We are currently working toward offering onboard drink service and hope to introduce it later this summer.

    We reserve the right to cut off any passengers from alcoholic beverages for safety.

    Public Cruises:

    • Monday–Friday: $45 per person

    • Saturday & Sunday: $55 per person

    Private Cruises:
    Up to 30 guests total | 90-minute cruise

    Monday–Friday:

    • $649.99 flat rate for up to 15 guests

    • $39.99 per additional guest (16–30 guests)

    Saturday & Sunday:

    • $749.99 flat rate for up to 15 guests

    • $49.99 per additional guest (16–30 guests)

    Once a ticket is purchased for a public cruise, the private cruise option for that time slot will automatically close — so be sure to book early if you’re planning a private event!

  • We cruise rain or shine! Our tiki boat is equipped with a covered roof to help keep you dry during light rain.

    However, we may cancel cruises if there are severe weather warnings, small craft advisories, nearby lightning, high winds, or unsafe water conditions. Your safety always comes first.

    If a cruise is canceled, you’ll be notified by text or email using the contact information you provided at booking. We typically make weather-related decisions about one hour before departure.

    In the event of a cancellation, every passenger will receive a full refund.

    Please keep in mind: summer weather can be unpredictable, and forecasts often change in the days leading up to your cruise. We monitor conditions closely and make the best call we can with safety in mind.

  • Our public cruises are typically limited to 25 passengers, while private cruises can accomadate up to 30. There are always a USCG licensed captain and crew member on board.

  • Yes! We have a private bathroom on board. Please be respectful of our facilities and our crew.

  • For a full refund, you must email us at booking@twistedtikicruises.com to cancel or reschedule at least 7 days prior to your cruise. If a cruise is canceled due to weather, a full refund will be issued.

  • Please email us at booking@twistedtikicruises.com with the following:

    • Your name

    • Cruise date & time (or reservation number)

    • New total number of guests

    • Permission to charge the card we have on file (if adding guests)

    If you’re adding guests, we require final guest count and full payment at least 7 days before your cruise.

    We’ll update your reservation and send a confirmation once everything is set. Let us know if you have any questions!

  • Unfortunately, the vessel cannot wait for you! Be ready to board 15 mins before departure time. Parking can be challenging. Please consider arriving early, carpooling & using a driving service!

  • Yes, for everyone’s safety, all passengers are required to sign an online waiver. It’s quick and easy, and you’ll complete it during the booking process.

  • Yes. For public cruises, passengers must be at least 16 years old. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian who is 21 or older.
    For private cruises, children must be at least 5 years old and accompanied by an adult.

  • Yes, please! We encourage guests to tip the Captain and crew — they work hard to keep everyone safe while making sure you have a fun and unforgettable time on the water. For private cruises, a suggested tip is $150+ total. For public cruises, we recommend $10+ per guest.

  • A Private Cruise with Twisted Tiki Cruises gives your group exclusive use of our tiki boat for 90 minutes. You’ll have a licensed captain and a crew member onboard to help your event go smoothly.

    You're welcome to bring your own food, drinks, decorations, and music playlist to make the cruise your own. Our crew is happy to help carry items down to the dock before your trip begins. There’s only about 30 minutes between cruises for setup and cleanup, so we recommend keeping things simple and easy to manage. We also have soft drinks and pre-packaged snacks available for purchase on board.

    There is also a bathroom onboard for your group’s comfort during the cruise!

    A few things to keep in mind for private cruises:

    • Ice: We do not provide ice, so please bring your own if needed.

    • Cups, plates, utensils, napkins, etc.: These are not stocked onboard, so we recommend bringing what you’ll need. Reusable items are always a great way to cut down on waste!

    • Decorations: Feel free to bring décor that can be tied down or weighted — just nothing that blocks the Captain’s view. Please no loose balloons, streamers, or confetti. Keeping the River clean is a top priority!

  • The 2026 season is starting off as BYOB and BYOF—so feel free to bring your favorite beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and snacks or small bites to enjoy during the cruise!

    We recommend:

    • Small coolers or bags—space is limited, so pack light

    • Paper goods, napkins, and any utensils you may need.

    We reserve the right to cut off any passengers from alcholic beverages for safety.

  • Yes! Gift certificates are available for all our cruises and make a great gift for birthdays, holidays, or any special occasion.
